HIV AIDS (Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome) - a
persistent disorder, in which the white blood cells that are responsible for
the prevention of diseases are attacked, therefore, it makes the human immune
system weaker. The (CD4+) T cells and
the white blood cells, plays a vital role in fighting infections within the
human body. When the virus hits the body and destroys these strong cells, the
patient happens to be defenseless to severe infections and ailments.
HIV AIDS affects millions
around the world and even more are at a threat of exposure to the virus. Each
Year, on the 1st December, World AIDS day is celebrated for
enlightening the public on HIV AIDS so that more lives could be saved.

that can cure the patients from HIV AIDS till date but health practitioners are
working hard to discover treatments for HIV AIDS. There is a common treatment,

treatment for HIV affected patients. However, ART cannot deracinate the
infection completely but still it is an accepted practice of doctors that helps
lengthen the patient’s life and make improvements to his health.
Over the past years, scholars
have comprehensively studied AIDS; their findings are published in various
scientific and medical journals. A Popular publication Journal ‘Current HIV
Research’ covers the latest advances in the clinical fields of HIV. The journal
includes virus replication, viral pathogenesis, HIV assembly, drug discovery, virus-cell
interaction, anti-retroviral therapy and etc. the Journal publishes various
research articles and reviews on the present perceptive of the virus and its
